Nozawa is located in Setagaya-ku a special ward in Tokyo, Japan. Setagaya-ku is predominately a residential area boasting the largest population in Tokyo and second largest area only second to Ōta of Tokyo's 23 special wards. Setagaya is located at the southwestern corner of the 23 special wards. It is served by various rail services providing frequent 2 to 3 minutes rush hour services to the busiest train terminals of Shinjuku and Shibuya as well as through service trains which continue travelling on to the Tokyo Metro lines providing direct access to the central commercial and business districts. Our Fontana apartments are located close to Sangenjaya station serviced by the Tokyu Denentoshi Line. Sangenjaya is also the terminus of the light rail Setagaya Line. Sangenjaya is the epitome of a Tokyo neighborhood that, while cluttered, is infused with natural beauty in its tree and flower lined streets, and, while in many ways, old and homely, has a considerable population of those who appreciate style, evident in the down-to-earth chic of Sangenjaya's many coffee shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants. Sangenjaya is often mentioned in the same breath as Kichijoji and Jiyugaoka as a place in which Japanese people would like to live.
