Payment and Fees Information

For payments, we recommend using Wise for international transactions. For bank transfers, payments can be made through a Japanese or international bank. We also accept cash payments in our office, but credit card payments are not accepted.

Non-Refundable Service Fee (reservation fee) 

• Apartment: ¥30,000
• Guesthouse: ¥20,000

If you pay the reservation fee for an apartment that is currently available, rent will begin automatically within 21 days.
For apartments that are not yet available, rent will begin automatically within 21 days from the listed availability date.
If you need to extend this 21-day window to 30 days, the reservation fee will increase by ¥10,000.

Deposit

• Apartment: equal to 1 month's of rent
• Guesthouse: equal to half a month's rent

This is refunded to you minus an automatic cleaning fee between ¥15000 to ¥50000 as long as there are no other deductions.
